Elspeth Bloodgood is a Senior Advisory Technical Product Manager for JHA PayCenter™ in the Jack Henry Banking® division of Jack Henry and Associates, Inc.® She began her career at Jack Henry in 2011 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout her career, Elspeth has gained an extensive background knowledge in electronic payments, specializing in online and biller direct bill pay. She is a subject matter expert in the Zelle®, RTP® and FedNow® networks. Additionally, Elspeth is an active participant in industry work groups with the Faster Payments Council, and National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA. She got her start in payments participating in the X9B workgroup which developed the IRD standard. She resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her spouse, Dana.
