Juatise Gathings has worked at Discover for 11 years. She started at Discover as an Account Manager while in college and has worked in 4 of the 5 Discover operations centers across the U.S. Her unique experience and background positioned her well to build Discover’s first new operations center in over 20 years while effectively building Discover’s relationships in Chicago. She is most passionate about inspiring change and bringing people together to advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.
Juatise is a Utah Business (2020) and Chicago Crain’s (2021) 40 under 40 recipient. She studied Organizational Leadership at Ottawa University and can be found spending her free time with her younger brothers Shaq and Makhi, who are her favorite people in the world.
