Lauren Holohan is a Senior Manager within Deloitte Consulting’s Banking & Capital Markets Payments Practice. Lauren has 10 years of consulting experience, focusing on retail / consumer payments and treasury management. She has led transformative growth strategy initiatives for co-branded and private label credit card programs between some of the largest banks and retailers.
Key activities include customer journey mapping and design, go to market strategy, intent management, and product launch / conversion readiness planning. Additionally, Lauren has led several treasury management digital portal transformations, designed operating model enhancements / rollouts, and supported the integration of treasury management businesses post-merger. Lauren is a conference speaker at Women in Payments events and has a passion for mentoring female professionals.
Lauren has a BS Commerce from University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business. Lauren resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband.
