Patty Juarez has spent over 26 years in Commercial banking in various leadership roles. Patty serves as the head of Diverse Segments focused on creating, developing and executing strategy to serve diverse customer base. She has a bachelor's degree in a business with an emphasis on accounting from UC Berkely and her MBA from St. Mary's College in California.
Patty is active in a variety of professional and community organizations. She is board development chair of the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and also chair of the board for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for Orange County, serving as mentors and advocates for abused, abandoned and neglected children. Patty is also a member of Delta Airline's Latinx Outreach Leadership Advisory Board, OC School of the Arts Foundation board, Latino Donor Collaborative Advisory board and the dean's board of counselors for Chapman University's School of Business. Patty resides in Orange County, CA with her husband & 2 children.
