Sarah T. Billings is Group Senior Vice President and Head of Payments and International for PNC Financial Services. Mrs. Billings has responsibility for Product Management, Operations, and Transformation of these enterprise functions. In her role, she leads a multi-disciplinary team, comprised of Product, Technology and Operations, committed to delivering innovative, market-leading solutions and transforming PNC’s core platforms. She is responsible for leading strategic planning and the execution of a multi-year roadmap and investment budget for Payments and International.
Prior to joining PNC, Billings was the managing director and head of global payments and deposits platforms at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Billings serves on the Nacha Board of Directors and the Women in Payments Advisory Board. Billings graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
